What We Collect

When you use LeadChat, we collect:

• Your email address and password (for authentication)
• Instagram account information you connect (username, account ID, page access token)
• Lead data from Instagram interactions (display names, Instagram user IDs, comment keywords)
• Message content sent through automated flows

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the LeadChat service:

• Sending automated DM responses based on your configured flows
• Tracking leads from Instagram interactions
• Displaying analytics about your flow performance

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties. Your data is only shared with:

• Meta/Instagram (to send and receive messages via their API)
• Supabase (our database provider, for secure storage)
• Vercel (our hosting provider)

Data Security

Access tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. All data is stored in a secured database with row-level security policies. All connections use HTTPS.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is stored for as long as you maintain an account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. When you disconnect an Instagram account, associated access tokens are removed.
