By accessing or using LeadChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LeadChat is an Instagram DM automation platform that allows you to create automated message flows triggered by keyword comments on Instagram posts. The service includes a visual flow builder, lead tracking, and analytics.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account and a connected Facebook Page.
  • You are responsible for complying with Instagram and Meta platform policies, including messaging limits and content guidelines.
  • You must not use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates any applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for the content of your automated messages and flows.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure.

4. Account Access

Access to LeadChat is provided on an invitation basis. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these terms or Meta platform policies.

5. Meta Platform Compliance

LeadChat operates through the Meta Graph API. Your use of the service is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We enforce rate limits and other restrictions as required by Meta.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of LeadChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Disclaimers

LeadChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, message delivery, or compatibility with future Meta API changes. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Meta regarding your account or app access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadChat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or account suspension by Meta.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
